Bunker Hill Preschool in San Mateo for Ages 2–6

Teacher Kimberly Yoguez leads Kids Konnect San Mateo – Bunker Hill with a deep commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for families and students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer and Family Science with a minor in Special Education from San Francisco State University. Her diverse background includes experience as a behavioral therapist, teacher, and director, equipping her with a holistic understanding of child development. Kimberly prioritizes ensuring that students feel safe and comfortable, believing that a secure environment naturally fosters learning and fun. She finds immense joy in witnessing children's growth and is dedicated to providing the best experiences to help them succeed in their educational journey and beyond. Outside of school, Kimberly enjoys baking, cooking, exploring new culinary spots, and creating cherished memories with her fiancé and dog.​

Teacher Alejandra Espinoza brings a bilingual advantage to the classroom, being fluent in both English and Spanish. She began her journey in early childhood education after taking Child Development courses in high school, which sparked her passion for teaching. Alejandra earned her Associate Teacher Permit and is continuing her education in the Early Childhood Education field. Her experience includes four years as a nanny and six years working in a preschool setting. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can explore and grow. Alejandra is excited to be part of the Kids Konnect team and looks forward to building strong relationships with the children and their families.​

Teacher Brittany Padilla has over 10 years of experience working with children. She will be receiving her AS-T in Early Childhood Education in Fall 2025. Brittany is passionate about guiding young minds and helping their curiosity, ideas, and personalities flourish. She aims to bring joy and innovative learning methods to the classroom. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her dogs, friends, and family, as well as painting and discovering new shows and movies on Netflix and Hulu.​

Teacher Moi is a graduate of San Jose State University, holding Bachelor's Degrees in both Psychology and Child-Adolescent Development with a concentration in Early Childhood. Their fascination with how children learn to communicate and interact inspired them to pursue a career in early childhood education. Moi has been caring for children of all ages since high school and has found their passion in working with preschoolers. They enjoy facilitating creative activities and watching children's creativity blossom. Moi is enthusiastic about connecting with the children and families at Kids Konnect. Outside of teaching, they enjoy playing basketball, working out, bullet journaling, listening to music, watching anime, and indulging in sour candy.​

Teacher Amanda Redila has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood, alongside a minor in Asian American Studies at San Francisco State University. She is eager to apply her academic knowledge in a practical setting and is thrilled to be part of the Kids Konnect community. Amanda is passionate about early childhood education and looks forward to contributing to a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.​ Outside of teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and listening to music.​

Teacher Wendy Aguilar brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, having worked in various childcare settings, including daycares, schools, and as a Behavioral Technician. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she values the enthusiasm children bring to learning and believes in the mutual growth that occurs between educators and students.

Wendy is committed to providing enriching experiences that make a lasting impact on young children's lives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going on rides, watching movies, and enjoying quiet moments at home.​

Originally from Lithuania, Teacher Greta Gulbinaite has been a preschool teacher for about five years and studied Early Childhood Education at Skyline College in San Bruno. She has a passion for working with children, which began with babysitting at age 15.

Greta loves being a preschool teacher because it allows her to embrace her inner child and appreciate the importance of imagination, curiosity, and friendship. She finds joy in the insights and humor children bring to each day. In her free time, Greta enjoys being in nature, walking in the park, going to the beach, hiking, camping, playing sports, reading, and traveling to new places.​

Teacher Xhitlali Perez holds a BA in Psychology and Child & Adolescent Development. She has always loved working with preschool-aged children due to their endless curiosity and fascination with the world.

Xhitlali is dedicated to supporting this curiosity while promoting creativity, empathy, and kindness. She believes that providing quality care to children helps them grow into happy and confident adults. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Momo and Kiki, reading, and cooking.​
