Teacher Kimberly Yoguez leads Kids Konnect San Mateo – Bunker Hill with a deep commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for families and students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer and Family Science with a minor in Special Education from San Francisco State University. Her diverse background includes experience as a behavioral therapist, teacher, and director, equipping her with a holistic understanding of child development. Kimberly prioritizes ensuring that students feel safe and comfortable, believing that a secure environment naturally fosters learning and fun. She finds immense joy in witnessing children's growth and is dedicated to providing the best experiences to help them succeed in their educational journey and beyond. Outside of school, Kimberly enjoys baking, cooking, exploring new culinary spots, and creating cherished memories with her fiancé and dog.

Ms. Avinna brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as School Director at Kids Konnect San Mateo – Downtown. With a Bachelor of Arts in Family & Consumer Sciences from San Francisco State University, she began her journey with Kids Konnect in 2017 as a volunteer and has since grown into a leadership position. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment is evident in her daily interactions with children, families, and staff. Avinna believes in fostering enriching early learning experiences that guide children to become confident and independent individuals. Outside of school, she enjoys baking, cooking, and exploring new culinary spots with her husband and young son.
