A Day in the Life of an Infant

We honor each infant’s natural rhythms while providing a predictable and comforting routine. Here’s a glimpse into a typical day:

7:30 – 9:15 AM Arrival, cuddles, individual greetings, diaper checks, sensory exploration, tummy time, floor play
9:15 – 9:30 AM Circle time, music & movement, diaper changes
9:30 – 10:00 AM Morning snack (bottle, puree, or finger foods)
10:00 – 11:00 AM Outdoor strolls, soft climbing, music & movement, sensory play, gross motor activities, morning naps
11:00 – 11:30 PM Sensory exploration, fine motor activity, diaper changes
11:30 – 12:00 PM Lunch (bottle, puree, or finger foods)
12:00 – 2:30 PM Afternoon nap or interactive play, diaper changes
2:30 – 3:00 PM Afternoon snack (bottle, puree, or finger foods)
3:00 – 4:00 PM Outdoor strolls, soft climbing, music & movement, sensory play, gross motor activities, last naps
4:00 – 5:30 PM Storytime, exploration stations, diaper changes, bottle feeding and pickups
